Offences against Australian Government property or premises

Under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth), it's an offence to intentionally damage Australian Government property, such as:

  • assets
  • buildings
  • equipment
  • furnishings
  • military bases.

If you're found guilty of damaging property that belongs to the Commonwealth of Australia, you could go to jail for up to 10 years.
