Man to attend Burwood Court following JCTT arrest
This is a joint Australian Federal Police and New South Wales Police media release.
On Monday 29 February 2016, the NSW Joint Counter Terrorism Team arrested a 21-year-old man.
The man was charged with five counts against Section 104.27 of the Criminal Code (Cth), namely ‘Offence for Contravene a control order’
He is scheduled to appear at Burwood Court on Tuesday 1 March 2016.
As this matter subject to ongoing court proceedings, no further comment will be made at this stage.
