AFP member charged
An AFP employee will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (13 March, 2025).
The member is charged with one count of exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol, contrary to section 19(1) of the Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977 (ACT).
The alleged offence occurred on Thursday, 19 December, 2024. ACT Policing issued a summons for the member to appear before court.
The AFP is committed to transparency.
