AFP member charged

An AFP employee is scheduled to appear in the Penrith Local Court today (13 August, 2024) charged with:

  • One count of stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm, contrary to section 13 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 (NSW); and
  • One count of unlawful entry on enclosed lands, contrary to section 4 of the Enclosed Lands Protection Act 1901 (NSW).

The AFP is committed to transparency.
